Appointments are from the comfort of my garden treatment room in Balderton, Newark. Please note that there is limited disability access to my treatment room so if you have any concerns, please contact me to discuss.

Initial consultation and reflexology treatment, allow 60 mins – £40

Full reflexology treatment – allow 60 mins £40

Indian Head Massage. Consultation and treatment, allow 40 mins - £35

Combined Treatment. Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, allow 70 mins £65

Hand reflexology. For people who don’t like their feet touched but want the benefits of reflexology, allow 40 mins - £30

Exam Stress busting session.This includes a 20 mins treatment on feet or hands and a self help hand routine to take away, allow 30 mins - £25

Taster reflexology session. Unsure about reflexology? A taster session is a great option to see if reflexology is for you, allow 20 mins – £20

Please note all treatment times are approximate, please allow for the time noted, although sessions may be a little shorter as they are individualised to the clients specific clinical needs.

Workplace reflexology or Indian Head Massage. Allow your staff get the stress relieving benefits in the work place with 10 - 15 minute treatments per person.

£60 per 1 hour.

I accept cash, card or bank transfer. Please note block bookings must be paid for in advance.
